Amrit Bharat Express trains are designed to operate on busy routes, but heavily congested routes in Kerala were excluded. The Amrit Bharat Express, with engines at both ends, can reach a maximum speed of 130 km/h. Each train consists of 22 coaches, including 12 sleeper coaches, eight general coaches, and two luggage coaches. The train's average speed of 68 to 81 km/h will be particularly beneficial for migrant workers. The Railway Minister had previously announced four Amrit Bharat services currently in operation, including the Darbhanga-Anand Vihar (T) Amrit Bharat Express.

Vande Bharat se zyada affordable option hai, aur Kerala ke passengers ko isse faayda ho sakta tha. Amrit Bharat Express trains ko busy routes pe operate karne ke liye design kiya gaya hai, lekin Kerala ke heavily congested routes ko include nahi kiya gaya. Amrit Bharat Express, dono ends pe engines ke saath, 130 km/h ki maximum speed achieve kar sakta hai. Har train me 22 coaches hote hain, jisme 12 sleeper coaches, eight general coaches, aur two luggage coaches shamil hain.
