focus on routes to Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, where the festivals are particularly significant. South Central Railway alone is operating 650 special trains in October to accommodate the travel needs of people in Telangana going to Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, West Bengal, and other eastern parts of the country. To ensure smooth operations, Indian Railways is monitoring train schedules closely at all levels.
