why this train is terminating at a WR station when it can easily terminate at any CR Terminal. Extra 1 hour this train has to travel to reach mumbai
CR has completely neglected itself when it comes to giving new trains over the past 4-5 years apart from Vande Bharat, CSMT Rajdhani and MAU LTT no new trains have been introduced in CR. Infact over these years only WR has introduced train fromv BDTS to UP, Bihar such as all via longer route and not even a single train in CR via MMR. Now for konkan also CR cannot handle this train and is depending on WR.

CR is completely chocked up bro....CSMT is more than saturated....even LTT also....CR is working towards it as they are constructing 2 new PFs at LTT, laying of 5th and 6th line between Ghatkopar to CSMT, planning to develop Parel as Terminus for long distance trains.
IMO to free up CSMT all vande bharats should be terminated at dadar, because dadar very underutilized due to its less platform length and with current platform length it can accommodate 16 coach VB.
