The delegation argued that the construction of a halt would benefit numerous villages in the vicinity, including Khodahaar, Devchda, Amarutva, Kedarut, Ghiyahi, Katiyoun, Dumardih, Kajra, Khairon, Goria Karma, Dhobiatod, Bitkila, Bangawan, Bhandra, Nichitpur, Charmail, Panchmail, Kadwa, Kundwa, and Ralo. The MP also emphasized the convenience it would provide to employees and students at the Goria Karma Animal Husbandry Department, Birsa Agricultural University, and the All India Agricultural Research Institute.
