Sudhir Kumar, Chandrabhushan Rai, Indrajit and Ishwar, spoke to each employee individually to understand their concerns. Issues raised at Angarh Ghat included the lack of drinking water facilities at LC Gate No. 28(C), requiring employees to carry water from the station for basic needs. The employees' quarters at Angarh Ghat were also reported to be in a dilapidated state. Additionally, concerns were raised regarding the lack of Night Duty Allowance (NDA) for engineering department employees working on track machines at night, despite their mandatory involvement in these duties. Divisional Secretary Mishra assured that this issue would be addressed with the divisional administration. At Hasanpur, employees highlighted the dilapidated condition of the Senior Section Engineer's office store, resulting in damage to stored materials during rainy seasons. The state of railway quarters E/23 A and B was also described as poor, with broken toilet seats, a damaged safety tank, and leaking sewage. The team was informed that half of the engineering department staff received raincoats in 2022, while the rest are still awaiting theirs. Following the discussions, Divisional Secretary Mishra assured swift resolution to all the issues raised.

Ishwar bhi the. Team ne har employee se baat ki aur unki problems samjhi.Angarh Ghat pe, LC Gate No. 28(C) pe peene ke liye pani ka koi arrangement nahi hai, is wajah se employees ko station se pani laana padta hai. Angarh Ghat pe railway quarters bhi bahut kharab halat mein hai. Engineering department ke employees se raat mein track machine pe kaam karwaya ja raha hai, lekin NDA nahi diya ja raha. Mishra ne kaha ki agar employees se raat mein kaam karwaya jayega to NDA dena hoga, nahi toh administration raat mein kaam nahi lena chahiye. Is issue ko lekar divisional administration se baat karenge.Hasanpur pe, employees ne Senior Section Engineer ke office store ki kharab halat pe bhi complain ki. Barish mein pani girta hai aur store mein rakha saamaan kharab ho jaata hai. Railway quarters E/23 A aur B ki bhi kharab halat hai, toilet seat, safety tank, aur sewage system sab kharab hai. Engineering department ke aadhe employees ko 2022 mein raincoat mila tha, aur baki employees ko abhi tak raincoat nahi mila hai. Mishra ne sabhi issues ko jaldi solve karne ka assurance diya.
