Once you have updated /timeline/entry/876333 (which is correct), you don't need to add a halt note like this in extra.

The comment section (which you are mentioning about) serves as halt note. For example, if the halt is on experimental basis for a few months, or if it has a quota in reservation, or bankers are detached/attached, or loco change happens from diesel to electric etc. These kind of info are written there as halt note. Thanks.
