Yes the rule is applicable in all trains one can do accordingly, One cannot do all updates of Trains in IRI in one go. All TLMs/ Members has to take the initiative to do so.

See it's not about disobeying rules it's all about equalness. I wasn't aware of the new rules & have seen such examples like of Coromandal. If changes are being done it should be followed everywhere & I have no problem with that. Thank you .
