The three men assaulted him and threw him off the train, causing serious injuries, including a broken spine and paralyzed legs. Tushar was initially admitted to the Ludhiana Civil Hospital and later transferred to DMCH. The police have registered a case under Section 308 (attempt to murder) against the unidentified individuals. Tushar's family is upset with the police's slow progress in the investigation and the lack of arrests. The family believes Tushar's life has been ruined by the attackers and they demand justice.

taraf se dusri taraf ja kar bachti rahi. Power supply band karne ke baad, ek ladder ke zariye ladki ko bachaya gaya. Ladki aur uski maa dono gharon mein kaam karti hain. Ladki ki mental condition sahi nahin hai. Maa ne bataya ki uski ladki ek mahine pehle hi village se Ludhiana aayi thi aur usme kabhi koi problem nahi dikhi thi.
