Railway ne Jan Shatabdi Express ke liye special coaches banana band kar diya hai, aur ab purane coaches ki jagah regular second-class coaches laga diye gaye hain. Authorities ne kaha hai ki yeh same coaches mail aur express trains mein bhi lagaaye jaate hain. Passengers ka kehna hai ki Railway Board ko coach factories ko Jan Shatabdi coaches ke liye special design banane ka instruction dena chahiye. Iske alawa, Railway Board coaches ke production ke liye annual plan banata hai. Iske saath hi, complaints aayi hain ki MEMU jaise dusre trains ke liye coaches ka production kam ho gaya hai, kyonki last few years se coach factories Vande Bharat coaches banane mein busy hain.
