The UTS on Mobile app allows users to purchase unreserved tickets, platform tickets, and season tickets (MST), along with renewing existing season tickets. It can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and Apple Store. Users can register with their mobile number, create a login ID, and use a four-digit password received via SMS to access the app. The app can be used to book tickets for multiple passengers and offers various payment options, including the ‘CR Wallet’ which can be recharged through debit cards, net banking, UPI apps like Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, or at a UTS counter. Alternatively, payments can also be made using debit cards, net banking, or UPI.
