Duhai depot and are undergoing testing on a 700-meter track. The Meerut Metro is expected to be operational next year, alongside the 'Namo Bharat' train. The 'Namo Bharat' train, which also stops at Meerut South, Shatabdi Nagar, Begampul, and Modipuram stations, will provide connectivity to Ghaziabad, Sahibabad, and Delhi.
