The new Nawada station will also start receiving trains, with platform 2 already completed and platform 1 nearing completion. Railway officials state that the remaining 37 km of doubling work is progressing well, with 19 km already completed between Warisaliganj and Nawada. The remaining doubling work is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
