Separate tenders for eight other stations (Benniganahalli, Kasturi Nagar, Seva Nagar, Banaswadi, Nagawara, Kanaka Nagar, Hebbal, and Mathikere) on the Mallige Line will be opened on September 4th. Initial tenders for all 12 stations were cancelled in November 2023 due to only one bid received. The tenders include the construction of entry/exit structures, steel foot over bridges, roof structures, architectural finishes, plumbing, facades, detailed design, and other engineering works. The 148-km project has 58 stations across its four corridors, with L&T having won the tenders for civil works on the Mallige Line and the Kanaka Line.
