Two special trains running between Coimbatore and Dhanbad/Barauni via Bokaro and Ranchi, the Dhanbad-Coimbatore Special and Barauni-Coimbatore Special, may have their runs extended until after Chhath Puja. If the extensions are not approved, the Dhanbad-Coimbatore Special will make its last run on September 9th and the Barauni-Coimbatore Special will depart from Barauni for the last time on September 6th. The South Railway's CPTM has proposed an extension of 12 runs each for both trains, aiming to run the Dhanbad-Coimbatore Special until December 2nd and the Barauni-Coimbatore Special until November 29th. A new special train from Dhanbad to Coimbatore via Gomoh, Gaya, and DDU will begin on September 4th and continue until after Chhath Puja. These extensions would provide greater convenience for passengers, particularly those traveling in sleeper coaches.

tak badhaane ke liye agree hai ya nahi. Agar extension approve nahin hota hai toh Dhanbad-Coimbatore Special 9th September ko aur Barauni-Coimbatore Special 6th September ko apna last run karegi. South Railway ke CPTM ne dono trains ke liye 12-12 runs badhaane ka proposal banaya hai, jiske mutabik Dhanbad-Coimbatore Special ko 2nd December tak aur Barauni-Coimbatore Special ko 29th November tak chalaya ja sakta hai. Gomoh, Gaya, aur DDU se hoti hui ek nayi special train Dhanbad se Coimbatore ke liye 4th September se start ho rahi hai aur yeh Chhath Puja tak chalegi. Agar dono special trains ke runs badh jaate hain toh passengers, khaas kar sleeper coaches mein travel karne wale passengers ko bahut suvidha hogi.
