Before the inspection, Choudhury visited the divisional hospital and obtained information on medical facilities and processes from Dr. Sangita Sagar, the Chief Medical Officer. The GM also inspected the workshop with Chief Factory Manager Manish Pandey. During his visit, Choudhury received a memorandum from the Northern Railway Men's Union regarding compassionate appointments, medical-based alternative postings, delayed promotions, and the poor condition of railway housing. He instructed the DRM to resolve these issues.
