parapets, and drain covers are meticulously examined, and necessary repairs are prioritized. The DMRC acknowledges the routine wear and tear on civil structures due to weather changes and has intensified repair work across its network. As a preventive measure, fittings and pipes, especially drain pipes, are being checked thoroughly. Iron pipes are being secured with clamps and will be replaced with durable uPVC pipes. A recent incident on February 14th saw a drain pipe falling from the viaduct at Subhash Nagar Metro Station, injuring a woman passerby. This incident further emphasizes the need for stringent inspection and maintenance protocols to ensure the safety and integrity of DMRC infrastructure and the well-being of commuters.

elevated stations ki inspection ki jaa rahi hai. Is inspection mein, drains, parapets, aur drain covers jaise critical components ko meticulously check kiya ja raha hai, aur preliminary assessment ke baad necessary repair work ko priority di jaa rahi hai. DMRC maan raha hai ki weather changes ki wajah se civil structures pe wear and tear common hota hai, aur unki teams consistently maintenance efforts mein lagne hue hain. Lekin recent events ke baad, repair work ko network bhar mein expedite kiya jaa raha hai. Preventive measure ke taur pe, DMRC ne saare Metro stations pe fittings aur pipes, especially drain pipes, ki thorough check shuru ki hai. Risks ko minimize karne ke liye, iron pipes ko clamps se secure kiya ja raha hai, aur plan hai ki unhe durable uPVC pipes se replace kiya jaaye. 14 February ko, Subhash Nagar Metro Station ke viaduct ke paas ek drain pipe road pe gir gaya, jisse ek woman passerby ko minor injuries aayi. Yeh incidents DMRC ko apni infrastructure ki safety aur integrity ensure karne ke liye, aur untoward incidents ko prevent karne ke liye, strict inspection and maintenance protocols implement karne ki zarurat ko highlight karte hain, jisse commuters aur public ki safety ensured ho.
