21st and 22nd. Buses going through Ayodhya will be diverted to alternate routes. A green corridor will be created on the Lucknow-Ayodhya national highway for VIPs traveling from Lucknow, restricting access for private vehicles. Only vehicles in case of emergencies will be permitted. The state police have prepared a detailed plan for route diversions to manage traffic flow, including diverting vehicles from nearby districts. Heavy vehicles may be banned from entering the city from Makar Sankranti onwards to avoid overcrowding. Starting January 18th, heavy vehicles will be diverted from various routes, except for emergency services.
