This work is expected to be completed within the next 1.5 to 2 months. A ceremonial start was marked with chanting before commencing the wire laying process, starting from Hansi. The railway commenced work on 69.6 kilometers of the line. A camp coach is being used to lay the electric wires. Meanwhile, the installation of electricity poles between Sorkhi and Mudhan is temporarily halted, with completion anticipated by February 15th. Due to the lack of electrification, freight trains are currently being operated using diesel engines. On this line, regular freight trains are now operational, with approximately five trains passing through daily. The freight trains that previously travelled through Bhiwani are now redirected to this new railway line. The newly established stations have been staffed with regular personnel. The railway line, costing approximately 755 crores, is ready for operations and is expected to reduce the distance between Hisar and Rohtak by 20 kilometers. The railway has already released schedules for two trains for this new track, and plans are to begin operations by March. The electrification work is ongoing. This railway line was announced in 2011 and is now fully operational. The line has undergone a safety inspection by the Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS) last year.

Hansi se kaam shuru hone se pehle, railway ne mantracharan se shubharambh kiya tha. Railway ne 69.6 km se kaam shuru kiya hai. Sorkhi se Mudhan ke beech pole lagaane ka kaam thoda rukha hai, lekin yeh kaam 15 February tak khatam ho jayega. Electrification na hone ke karan, diesel engine se maalgadi chal rahi hai. Ab is line pe regular maalgadi chal rahi hai, roz kareeb 5 maalgadi yaha se guzarti hai. Bhiwani se jaane wali maalgadiyon ko ab is new line pe bheja ja raha hai. Naye banay gaye station pe regular staff appoint kar diya gaya hai. Kareeb 755 crore rupees ki lagat se bani yeh line, Hisar se Rohtak ki distance 20 km kam kar degi.
