This initiative covers all stations within the Hardoi division, including Sandi, Aanjhi, Balamu, Bagauli, Todarpur, Kaunda, and others. These committees will monitor passenger amenities and provide feedback in quarterly meetings. According to Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Sudhir Singh, the formation of these committees is underway and the first meeting will be convened soon.
