High Court ne encroachment remove karne ka order diya tha, residents ko ek hafte ka notice diya gaya tha. Supreme Court ne eviction pe stay laga diya hai, lekin government ka argument hai ki encroachment wali land station ke expansion aur future mein soil erosion ke threat ko handle karne ke liye bahut jaruri hai. Petitioners, jo saalon se is area mein rehte hain aur taxes pay karte hain, claim karte hain ki unka legitimate title hai aur woh eviction ka virodh kar rahe hain, apne livelihood ki chinta karte hue.
