On Wednesday, three coaches of the Charminar Express train derailed at Nampally Railway Station in Telangana, injuring around five people. The incident occurred around 9:15 am when the train overshot the terminal station and derailed. The injured passengers sustained minor injuries and are receiving treatment at the railway hospital.
