ki railway department ko yeh problem ke baare mein pata nahin hai, jisse unhe bahut dikkat ho rahi hai aur paise ka nuksan bhi ho raha hai. Unhe urgent tickets bhi book karne ke liye 30-40 kilometer door Hindaun aur Gangapur City stations par jaana pad raha hai. Kai passengers ko toh apni trip bhi cancel karni pad rahi hai. Counter staff higher authorities ko inform kar rahe hain aur unhe jaldi se solution ka bharosa diya hai.
