failure. A subsequent announcement mistakenly declared that train number 01664 (Saharsa to Rani Kamalapati) was at platform 1, leading many passengers to board the wrong train. After three minutes, a corrected announcement clarified that the train was not going to Rani Kamalapati, causing panic and prompting passengers to jump off the moving train. One woman fell between the train and the platform. Passengers pulled the emergency chain, stopping the train, and the woman was rescued with the help of RPF personnel. Investigations revealed that the station master announced train number 01066, but the inquiry staff mistakenly announced and displayed train number 01664, leading to the confusion. The railway authorities have sought explanations from the station master and inquiry staff, preventing a potential major accident.

Terminus) signal na hone ki wajah se ruk gayi. Fir ek announcement aaya jisme galti se kaha gaya ki train number 01664 (Saharsa se Rani Kamalapati) platform 1 pe hai, is wajah se bahut saare passengers galat train mein baith gaye. 3 minute baad, ek aur announcement aaya jisme bataaya gaya ki ye train Rani Kamalapati nahin ja rahi, is wajah se passengers ghabra gaye aur chalti train se koodne lage. Ek aurat train aur platform ke beech gir gayi. Passengers ne emergency chain khinch di aur train ruk gayi, aur aurat ko RPF personnel ki madad se bahar nikala gaya. Investigation se pata chala ki station master ne train number 01066 ka announcement kiya tha, lekin inquiry staff ne galti se train number 01664 ka announcement aur display kiya tha, is wajah se confusion hua. Railway authorities ne station master aur inquiry staff se explanation maangi hai, is wajah se ek bada accident takne se bach gaya.
