Even special trains are not immune to these delays, with routes to Jammu Tawi, Gujarat, Mumbai, Guwahati, and Patna experiencing significant delays. Notably, Train number 05326 Mumbai-Gorakhpur was delayed by 10 hours, Train number 04059 Jaynagar-Anand Vihar by 6.5 hours, Train number 15652 Jammu Tawi-Guwahati by 5 hours, Train number 04067 Dibrugarh-Delhi by 8 hours, and Train number 05653 Amarnath Express by 3.5 hours. These delays have caused significant hardship for passengers.
