hai. NWR reserved tickets waale passengers ko refund de raha hai, par unhe alternative travel arrangements dhundne ko bol raha hai. Iss situation se private aur roadways buses par bahut pressure aa gaya hai, Punjab aur Haryana jaane waale log ab buses ya private vehicles use kar rahe hain. Yeh disruptions tab tak jaari rahenge jab tak farmers railway tracks clear nahi kar dete.
