that is bearable than entering all the details again n again for one hour and seeing the same stupid screen... IR should not introduce something which they cant handle or manage... IR is a mere money minting organisation... Nor the trains are clean nor the stations nor WL is cleared no proper catering service no on time trains no proper website no good server no good staff still its running ram bharose... would prefer flights from 2013 n its my new year resolution to abolish IR site and stop using trains... would fly, travel by road, drive own car but wont travel by train...

im an RF but also an AF including me all my family members are in airlines so does not matter much but think bout lakhs of people and families who depend on this site for a confirmed ticket so that they can travel comfortably with their children... is this fair on the part of such people??? IR has levied Service Tax but what service are they providing??? There would be thousands of people who expect to get a confirm ticket by booking online but it always remains a dream come true and then many regret that it would have been better if they had to travel several kms away to the booking counter and wait in queue for few hours but atleast they can get a confirmed ticket... Still we support IRCTC??? I wsnt against IRCTC but lately think its the worst website on the web world wide...
