advocating for a guaranteed pension, with UPS already achieved. The All India Railwaymen's Federation (AIRF) is pushing for risk allowance for railway workers involved in high-risk activities. A committee has been formed by the Railway Board to review this request, and the AIRF is demanding risk allowance based on the nature of work in different departments. The CTCCI, a branch of the ECRKU, is confident of winning a majority in the upcoming elections, emphasizing the strength of the organization.

ilaaj mil raha hai. ECRKU ek guaranteed pension ki maang kar raha hai, aur UPS abhi tak hasil ho gaya hai. All India Railwaymen's Federation (AIRF) risk allowance ki maang kar raha hai un railway workers ke liye jo risk wale kaam karte hain. Railway Board ne iske liye ek committee banayi hai, aur AIRF alag-alag departments mein kaam ki nature ke basis par risk allowance dene ki maang kar raha hai. ECRKU ki ek branch, CTCCI, confident hai ki woh aane wale elections mein bahutmat se jeetenge, aur woh is organisation ki strength ko emphasize karte hain.
