After confronting the police who advised them to follow legal procedures, they appealed to the local MLA, Sardar Chaudhary, who promised to bring their concerns to the government's attention. Farmers have suspended their protests for now but have threatened to resume them if they don't receive full compensation.

aadha paisa mila hai. Kahin bhi sunwayi nahin hone par, kisano ne police ko bataya aur unhe kanoon ka rasta follow karne ko kaha gaya. Fir, unhone local MLA, Sardar Chaudhary se milkar apni problem batayi. MLA ne unhe assurance diya ki woh is matter ko government tak le jayenge.
