Rajesh were then handed over to the Income Tax department. Rajesh was traveling from Ahmedabad to Gorakhpur by train and was planning to travel to Patna on a general ticket. When found suspicious, he attempted to flee but was apprehended by the GRP. Rajesh claimed to be a supplier of gold ornaments made in Rajkot, delivering them to various locations including Bihar. The bag containing the gold ornaments was also equipped with a GPS tracking device to monitor its location at all times.
