passengers pulled the emergency chain, halting the train. The AC staff eventually arrived and fixed the issue, calming the passengers. The train departed 50 minutes late, adding to its already 11-hour delay. The passengers were frustrated by the delays and the malfunctioning AC. Despite informing the TTE, who contacted the control rooms at various stations, no repair crew arrived. In Bilaspur, the train was about to leave without the AC being fixed when the passengers pulled the emergency chain, stopping the train again. The train staff then responded to the commotion, discovering the cause was the malfunctioning AC. Repair technicians were sent, fixing the issue, and allowing the train to depart for its destination.

chalne wali thi, tabhi passengers ne chain khinch di aur train ruk gayi. Baad mein AC staff aaya aur repair kar diya. Passengers ka gussa shant hua aur train 50 minute late chal padi. Yeh train 11 hours late thi. Passengers late se bhi pareshan the, aur upar se ek coach ka AC bhi kaam nahi kar raha tha. TTE ko information di gayi. TTE ne different stations mein control room ko bataya, lekin koi bhi station pe repair ka staff nahi aaya. Bilaspur mein bhi train isi halat mein jaane wali thi. Train chali toh passengers ne chain khinch di aur train platform pe ruk gayi. Train ko do-teen baar rokne se train staff harakat mein aaya. Passengers ne AC ki problem batayi aur staff ne jaake repair kar diya. Train apne destination ke liye chali gayi.
