more... on important trains of the division, where railway officials and supervisors inspected the OBHS (On-Board Housekeeping Services) facilities in various trains originating from Dhanbad station. Passenger feedback on train cleanliness and OBHS facilities was collected. The train with the best cleanliness and OBHS facilities will be designated as the ‘Best OBHS Train’. Supervisors also checked the availability of cleanliness awareness posters and efforts to create a trash-free environment on trains. Indian Railways also provides a helpline number for quick resolution of passenger issues. Passengers can also file complaints through the ‘Rail Madad’ app, which are promptly addressed by railway staff. Under the Clean Train campaign, the linen (blankets, sheets, pillows) provided on trains was also inspected to ensure a clean and safe travel experience for passengers. A large-scale cleanliness drive has been ongoing in the Dhanbad division for the past 20 days under the ‘Swachhata Hi Seva 2024’ and ‘Swachhata Pakhwada 2024’ campaigns.
