After receiving information, an RPF and CORS commando team arrived at the scene from the Chakradharpur railway division headquarters and removed the stones placed on the joint point. Train operations were disrupted for about an hour. The Shalimar-Kurla Express train was stopped near the Seoni station. It is reported that the stones were placed between joint points number 103 and 102A of the down main line and third line track. Fortunately, railway workers patrolling the track noticed the stones around 9:20 pm. After this, train operations were stopped immediately. Then the headquarters was informed. The team that arrived from Chakradharpur took action. After the investigation, operations were resumed.

Bataaya jaata hai ki down main line aur third line ki patari ki joint point sankhya 103 aur 102A ke beech patthar rakha tha. Ganiyat rahi ki raat kareeb 9:20 baje track pe patrolling kar rahe railway karmchariyon ki nazar patthar pe pad gayi. Iske baad aanan-fanan me pehle parichalan roka gaya. Fir mukhyalaya ko soochna di gayi. Chakradharpur se pahuchi team ne karwai ki. Jaanch ke baad parichalan shuru kiya gaya.
