Alstom. These trains, designed and manufactured in India under the 'Make in India' initiative, will operate on three lines of the Delhi Metro, including two extensions and the new Gold Line 10, covering a total of 64.67 km. The project, valued at 312 million euros, includes 15 years of maintenance, making it the first such outsourcing by the DMRC. Himachal Pradesh is exploring Pumped Storage Projects (PSPs) to balance power supply from renewable energy sources. The state government has approved the allocation of two PSP projects, including the 1630 MW Renukaji Pump Storage Project in Sirmau. Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy (SWREL) has secured two new solar EPC contracts worth Rs 5.12 billion, one in Gujarat and another in Maharashtra. The JMM MLA Kalpana Soren criticized the BJP-led central government for allegedly targeting Jharkhand's mines and mineral resources, claiming that the Centre has been exploiting the state's natural resources without fair compensation.
