car got stuck in the flooded underpass, and on Sunday, former MLA Jawahar Singh Rawat's Scorpio also got stuck. Rawat had to escape through the back door. This incident highlights the negligence of authorities in removing the water, despite the issuance of tenders for such work. Rawat has expressed his intention to pursue legal action against the responsible party, seeking compensation for his losses.
