waale ya express train ki general bogi mein safar karne waale yaatriyon ko counter par ticket lete samay futkar paise ki samasya se jhujhna padta tha. Futkar paise nahin hone ke karan ya to yaatriyon ko baki ke paise chhodne padte the ya futkar ka intazam karna padta tha. Isse yaatriyon ko pareshani hoti thi. Ab saamaany shreni ki yatra karne waale yaatri bhi online payment karke ticket kharid sakte hain. Wahi, cash counter par cash system ki wajah se bhirdbad adhik rehti thi, jisse yaatriyon ki kai bar to train tak chhut jati thi.
