at 6:00 AM from Cantt station. State Cabinet Minister Anil Rajbhar stated that the Vande Bharat marks a new chapter in rail transportation history. A delay occurred due to a vacuum pressure issue, causing a 20-minute standstill. The existing Vande Bharat train (train number 22435-36) travelling to New Delhi has also been upgraded to 20 coaches and will operate regularly from September 17th at 3:00 PM. The increase in coach capacity for both trains allows for 624 additional passengers. The General Manager of North Railways, Shobhan Choudhury, announced that trials for sleeper Vande Bharat Express trains are underway, with a potential launch in the coming months. Vande Metro trains are also planned for shorter distances. He also mentioned plans to replace old coaches with LHB coaches in existing trains.
