1)PM facilities need to be made at VSG,which in fact SWR is delaying for regular trains,So PM @ vsg will not happen

MOR should Extend 17309/17310 to PNVL or DR from MAO with Major Speed U and PM should be Transferred to YPR. YPR, UBL, DDS, QLM, SVM will be get Konkan Connection and 17039/17040 SC-VSG ( Yet to be introduced ) to MAQ from MAO. Full Konkan will be connected to SWR UBL.
Atleast VSG will be free from Burden and Will stop Daily Dancing with 17309/17310 Rake daily from VSG - CNR , SVM, QLM and Vice versa wasting Tons of Fuel daily.

Not required let 17309/10 start from VSG. The rake is only moved to SVM on Wednesdays and not on other days. This daily connection existed between Vasco Da Gama and Bengaluru since MG days. Let PNVL people demand a separate train if required.
And 17039/40 is for VSG and Goa not MAQ. There is absolutely no logic in any of your points. If you have any personal vendetta against Vasco Da Gama city let it be known instead of asking for unnecessary things.
