from Northern Railway officials and union members, who felt the train's absence created a void at Charbagh. The train's maintenance and daily shunting still occurred at Charbagh, causing operational issues and inconveniencing passengers with a 60 rupee cab fare. The Lucknow Mail, known for its luxurious services and VIP passengers like Mulayam Singh Yadav, Kalyan Singh, and Rajnath Singh, is a symbol of Charbagh station and the return is expected to restore the station's prestige.

Northen Railway ke adhikari aur union members, Lucknow Mail ke roop me khoya apna garv waapas pane ke liye lagatatar Railway Board se appeal kar rahe the. Board ne unki mang ko swikar kar liya aur Lucknow Mail ko waapas Charbagh ko lautane ka aadesh de diya. Train ke Lucknow Junction par jaane ke baad bhi iska primary anurakshan Charbagh station ki washing pit par ho raha tha. Lucknow Mail ki shunting din me Charbagh station par karna pad raha tha. Isse Charbagh station ke operation par prabhav pad raha tha. Wahi, yatriyon par bhi cabway se jaate samay apne charpahiya vahan ka 60 rupaiye ka shulk ka bhar bhi pad raha tha.
