हल्द्वानी रेलवे अतिक्रमण: सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई 24 जुलाई को, शासन स्तर पर मंथन का दौर जारी

The Supreme Court is set to hear a case on July 24th regarding land disputes in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, between the railways and other departments. The land, claimed by the government as belonging to the railways, revenue, and forest departments, is currently occupied by residents who claim ownership. Previous rulings by the...

railway court and other courts have favored the government's position. The government seeks to clear the land to accommodate railway expansion plans and enhance tourist infrastructure, citing the need for more space in Haldwani and Kathgodam. The case has been brought to the Supreme Court by Samajwadi Party and Congress leaders, as the area is predominantly inhabited by Muslims, who constitute a significant voting bloc for these parties. The Uttarakhand and central governments have been actively advocating for the removal of the illegal occupants in the Supreme Court. The Uttarakhand Waqf Board has also submitted a petition claiming ownership of 19 properties within the disputed land. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has reprimanded the Waqf Board officials and instructed the state government to prepare a strong case for the upcoming court hearing.

Haldwani mein, Uttarakhand mein, railway aur dusre departments ki zameen pe dispute hai jisko Supreme Court 24 July ko sunne wala hai. Government ka kehna hai ki yeh zameen railways, revenue aur forest departments ki hai, par residents ka claim hai ki yeh unki zameen hai. Railway court aur dusre courts...

mein, government ke fayde mein decision aa chuka hai. Government chahti hai ki woh yeh zameen khali karvaaye taki railway ke expansion plans ho sake aur tourism ki infrastructure badh sake. Haldwani aur Kathgodam mein railway ko zyada jagah ki zaroorat hai. Samajwadi Party aur Congress ke leaders yeh case Supreme Court mein le gaye hai, kyunki yeh area mostly Muslim population wala hai, aur yeh un parties ke liye important vote bank hai. Uttarakhand aur central government Supreme Court mein actively yeh case fight kar rahe hai ki yeh illegal occupants ko hata diya jaaye. Uttarakhand Waqf Board ne bhi petition daali hai jisme unhone claim kiya hai ki unke paas yeh disputed land mein 19 properties hai. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami ne Waqf Board ke officials ko jhadka diya hai aur state government ko instructions diye hai ki woh 24 July ki sunwai ke liye strong case prepare kare.
