resumed after approximately 25 minutes when the fault was rectified. The incident occurred around 9:20 AM when the Mahanagari Express was being shunted to platform 9. Four coaches had already reached the platform when a sudden tripping halted the train, leaving the remaining coaches outside. Passengers rushed to occupy the coaches outside the platform, but announcements were made to control the situation. The fault was resolved by 9:55 AM, and the Mahanagari Express departed at 10:20 AM, delayed by 20 minutes.

Mahamana Express platform number 8 pe ruk gayi thi. Lagbhag 25 minute baad fault dur hone se chalana normal ho saka. Subah 9:20 AM pe, Mahanagari Express ko platform number 9 pe laaya ja raha tha. Char bogi platform pe a chuki thi, tabhi achanak trip hone ki wajah se train ruk gayi aur baaki bogi bahar hi reh gayi. Yaatri platform ke bahar khadi bogi mein baithne ke liye bhaagne lage. Announcing system se yaatriyon ko control kiya gaya. Lagbhag 9:55 AM pe fault dur ho gaya. Iske baad Mahanagari Express apne time se 20 minute late, 10:20 AM pe chali.
