hai. Collision ka karan loco pilot ka rules ko ignore karna tha, jisse training aur KAVACH jaise anti-collision device ki zarurat ko emphasize kiya jaata hai. Railway Board ko equipment upgrade, preventive maintenance aur strict enforcement wala ek comprehensive safety plan pe priority dena chahiye. Halanki IR apna safety record achcha batata hai, par usse apne safety initiatives ke effectiveness ko jaanne ke liye outcome audit mein invest karna chahiye.
