Uttarakhand, with even reserved seats in sleeper coaches being occupied by passengers without tickets. The Tata Nagar Jammu Tawi Express is completely booked, and the Subedarganj-Udhampur Express is fully booked for the next month. The Patna-Vasco-da-Gama Express only has confirmed tickets available after July 15th. To alleviate the situation, the Indian Railways is operating special trains on several routes, including the Delhi-Mumbai route.

ka situation bahut kharab hai, sleeper coaches mein reserved seats bhi without ticket passengers by kar liye jaate hain. Tata Nagar Jammu Tawi Express completely booked hai, aur Subedarganj-Udhampur Express aagele month tak fully booked hai. Patna-Vasco-da-Gama Express mein confirm ticket sirf 15 July ke baad hi available hain. Is situation ko improve karne ke liye, Indian Railways kai routes par special trains chala rahe hain, Delhi-Mumbai route bhi include hai.
