The project includes the construction of 9 major and 14 minor bridges, and will have 7 stations: Anandnagar Junction, Maharajganj, Ghughuli Crossing, Parsia Bujurg Halt, Pakri Nauania Halt, Shikarpur Halt, and Pipra Munderi Halt. The line will be electrified and will reduce the travel distance between Panyiahwa and Gonda by 42 km.
