tractor trolley carrying cement came off, causing it to get stuck on the railway track. The gateman, alerted to the approaching Intercity Express from Narkatiaganj, was unable to close the crossing due to the stuck tractor. He alerted the Motihari station master and, showing a red flag, stopped the train before the crossing, averting a potential accident. Motihari Station Superintendent Dilip Kumar, TI Vinod Kumar, and RPF personnel, including ASI Vijendra Singh and Deepak Paswan, arrived on the scene and, with the help of laborers, unloaded the cement from the tractor trolley. The tractor was then pulled away from the track, clearing the railway line. The RPF is investigating the incident and has seized the tractor and trolley.
