They describe the heat as unbearable, requiring them to wear scarves over their mouths while driving. The Loco Pilots' Association has demanded air conditioning units in the engines. Train guards are also experiencing the heat due to a lack of air conditioning in most train coaches except for LHB coaches. This lack of air conditioning is impacting the health of railway employees, with 7-8 patients reporting to the Chakradharpur Railway Hospital daily. The hospital is equipped to handle heat-related illnesses with ORS, saline, and a dedicated medical team.

se loco pilots ko bahut garmi ka samna karna padta hai. Loco pilots ne bataya ki engine ki garmi bike ke silencer ki tarah hoti hai aur unhe apne muh par scarf bandhkar train chalani padti hai. Loco Pilots' Association ne engine mein AC lagane ki maang ki hai. Train guards ko bhi garmi ka samna karna pad raha hai, kyuki zyadatar train coaches mein AC nahi hai, sirf LHB coaches mein hai. Is wajah se railway employees ka health kharab ho raha hai, aur Chakradharpur Railway Hospital mein har roz 7-8 patients aa rahe hain. Hospital mein ORS, saline, aur medical team available hai, jo ki heat-related illnesses ko handle karne ke liye tayyar hai.
