ki. Passengers ne complaint ki ki proper lighting nahi thi aur train guard ne platform tak train move karne se mana kar diya, jisse 20 minutes ki delay ho gayi. Akhir mein train ek kilometer peeche chali gayi, jisse passengers utar sake. Passengers ne alag alag alag negligence ka arop lagaaya, jisse ye incident hua, aur is area mein signal system na hone ke wajah se safety bhi risk mein thi.
