this will increase transparency and encourage more employees to participate. Branch officers will review applications submitted through HRMS and finalize the list based on priority. Previously, branch officers or supervisors from different departments across the zone were responsible for selecting employees for the award. The employees will need to submit their achievements with specific details and dates on the HRMS portal, within a specified timeframe. Previously, a cash award along with a certificate of appreciation was offered, which has been discontinued. Now, employees will receive a gold-plated medal and a certificate.
