more... two stretches: a 39.75 km stretch between Ghaziabad and Kasna with 15 metro stations and 7 RRTS stations, and a 35.11 km stretch between Kasna and the Noida Airport with 4 RRTS stations. The corridor is designed to connect the airport with the surrounding region and will have a maximum speed of 150 kmph, allowing for travel between the airport and Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) in under 50 minutes. The NCRTC is conducting topographical surveys, designing the alignment, planning stations, and conducting geotechnical, environmental, and social impact assessments. The projected ridership is estimated to be 2.95 lakh passengers per day in 2031, growing to 5.23 lakh in 2041 and 6.32 lakh in 2051.
