hold until July 1st, 2024 due to a central government order. In Samalkha, construction of an underpass at underpass number 44 has begun and is expected to be completed by May 2024. A second underpass on the road leading to village Narayana will commence construction after the first is finished, as it would disrupt NH connectivity if begun now. This underpass has received administrative and railway approvals, aiming to facilitate smoother traffic flow. For the road connecting villages Chhout and Guhana in Kaithal, the PWD is unable to take on the project due to limited land availability. The Deputy CM suggested the local farmers provide additional land for the project, ensuring future road construction. Regarding the Dadri Assembly constituency, a four-lane road from Khairdi Mor to Rohtak Gate is planned but awaits forest department approval. Once approved, construction will begin. A flyover on the Dadri-Rohtak road is scheduled to start in July, having received all necessary permissions. In response to a question regarding rest houses, the Deputy CM confirmed that under the 2019 policy, rest houses should be located every 20 km. While the one in Israna block is 12 km away from Panipat city, there is another rest house belonging to the Irrigation Department in Israna. The government is considering constructing rest houses in Matlauda and Israna in the future.

Kaithal assembly se related ek sawal ka jawab dete hue, Deputy CM ne kaha ki village Chhout aur Guhana ki road bahut chhoti hai aur PWD itni kam land par road nahi bana sakta. Unhone local kisanon se kaha ki woh 7 karam land government ko de de, toh future mein road ban jaayegi. Dadri assembly area se related ek sawal ka jawab dete hue, Deputy CM ne kaha ki Khairdi Mor se Rohtak Gate tak four-lane road banani hai, lekin forest department ki permission abhi tak nahi mili. Jab permission mil jaayegi toh kaam shuru ho jaayega. Dadri-Rohtak road pe ek flyover ka kaam july mein shuru ho jaayega, kyunki kaam karne ke liye sabhi permits mil chuke hain. Rest houses ke bare mein ek sawal ka jawab dete hue, Deputy CM ne kaha ki government ki 2019 ki policy ke mutabik, har 20 kilometer pe ek rest house hona chahiye. Israna block ka rest house Panipat city se 12 kilometer door hai, lekin Israna mein Irrigation Department ka bhi ek rest house hai. Future mein government Matlauda aur Israna mein rest houses banwane pe vichar karegi.
