in Ambalamugal.** 481 acres have been transferred to Kinfra for the park's establishment, and several companies are already developing projects there. * **Rs 140.5 million for the Cochin Cancer Research Centre (CCRC),** a project worth Rs 3.7 billion that is nearing completion. * **Rs 2 billion for the Kochi-Bengaluru industrial corridor, and Rs 170 billion for industrial parks in Kochi, Perumbavoor, and Palakkad.** Although a new international residential-commercial complex at Marine Drive was announced, costing Rs 21.50 billion, the budget did not allocate any funds for it. Notably, the Gift City project near Angamaly was not mentioned in the budget.
